I had an amazing time during my stay with breathtaking lake views from my room. The clean and spacious facilities were top-notch, including easy transportation with a 5-minute hotel shuttle ride or parking for those with cars. The hotel's location by the lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed the evening strolls along the footpath. The buffet breakfast was the best aspect as there was a wide range of food and unlimited coffee refills. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The room was average and needed some refurbishment. The bathroom was also very small and cramped.

Located by the beautiful Lake Biwa, this hotel provided stunning views of the lake. the breakfast buffet was diverse and included Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. the room was comfortable and had ample space to unwind.
The outdoor pool looked rundown.

Great lake view and comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for sightseeing around the city and enjoying the lake. They also had a souvenir shop with some nice gift options.
The hotel was quite old and outdated, especially the furniture. the room had a bad odor, probably due to the old carpet.
